ஆர்த்ரா (aardhraa) கிராமப்புற வேலை நாடுவோர் திறன் மேம்பாட்டு செயலகம் தங்களை அன்போடு வரவேற்கிறது.

இந்தத் திட்டத்தில் விண்ணப்பிக்க விரும்புபவர்கள், அவர்கள் தேர்வு செய்யும் மையத்திலிருந்து 15 கிலோமீட்டர் சுற்றளவுக்குள் இருக்கவேண்டும். வெளியூரிலிருந்து வந்து இந்த சுற்றளவுக்குள் தங்கி வேலைக்கு விண்ணப்பிக்க அனுமதி கிடையாது. வீட்டிலிருந்து வேலை செய்ய அனுமதி கிடையாது. வயது 30 க்குள் இருக்க வேண்டும்.

நகராட்சிகள் அருகில் இருந்தாலும் அங்கிருந்து வருபவர்களுக்கு அனுமதி இல்லை. இது கிராமப்புற மாணவர்களுக்கான திட்டம் மட்டுமே. உதாரணத்திற்கு குமரிபாளையம் நிலையத்திலிருந்து கரூர் நகரம் ஏறத்தாழ 15 கிலோமீட்டர்களில் இருந்தாலும் கரூர் நகரத்தில் இருந்து வருபவர்களுக்கு அனுமதி இல்லை.

இந்தத் திட்டத்தில் சேர்ந்து பயன் பெற கல்வித் தகுதி உங்களுக்குத் தடையாக இருக்காது. ஆனால் தற்போது படித்து கொண்டிருப்பவர்கள் படிப்பை முடித்துவிட்டு தான் வர வேண்டும். அதுபோல வேலையில் இருப்பவர்கள் விண்ணப்பிக்கக் கூடாது.

இத்திட்டத்தில் ஒரு குடும்பத்திலிருந்து ஒருவருக்கு மட்டுமே பயிற்சிக்கான வாய்ப்பு அளிக்கப்படும். இந்தத் திட்டத்தில் தங்களுக்கு ஆர்த்ரா (aardhraa) பாடத் திட்டங்களில் ஒன்று கற்பிக்கப்படும். இதில் இரண்டு வகைகள் உண்டு.

1. பயிற்றுவிப்பாளர் தலைமையிலான பயிற்சி தொகுதி
இந்த நடைமுறை 20 லிருந்து 30 நாட்கள் வரை இருக்கலாம்.
2. சுய கற்றல் தொகுதி
இந்த நடைமுறை மூன்றிலிருந்து ஐந்து நாட்கள் வரை இருக்கலாம்.

தாங்கள் இந்தத் திட்டத்தில் சேர்ந்து பயன் பெற ஆர்த்ரா (aardhraa)-விற்கு எந்த கட்டணமும் செலுத்தத் தேவை இல்லை, அதே நேரத்தில் ஆர்த்ரா (aardhraa)-வும் தங்களுக்கு எந்த ஊக்கத்தொகையும் வழங்காது.

இந்த காலகட்டத்தில் தங்களுடைய தற்சார்பு திறன், வெளிப்பாடு, அணுகுமுறை, தொழிற்கல்வி மற்றும் சில அளவீடுகளின் வாயிலாக தங்களை தேர்வு செய்வோம்.

இப்பயிற்சியில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றால், தாங்கள் பயிற்சி பெறும் ஆர்த்ரா (aardhraa) நிலையத்திலோ அல்லது மற்றொரு ஆர்த்ரா (aardhraa) நிலையத்திலோ ஊக்கத் தொகையுடன் கூடிய தற்காலிக வேலை வாய்ப்பு வழங்கப்படும். அந்த தற்காலிக வேலை வாய்ப்பு மூன்றிலிருந்து ஆறு மாதங்கள் வரை தொடரும். அதிலும் நீங்கள் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றால் நிரந்தர வேலைவாய்ப்பு வழங்கப்படும்.

பயிற்சிக்கு வருபவர்கள் கட்டாயம் மடிக்கணினி / laptop எடுத்து வர வேண்டும்.

நீங்கள் பதிவு செய்வது மட்டுமே பயிற்சிக்கு அழைப்பதற்கான உத்தரவாதம் என்று கொள்ள முடியாது.

முடிவாக தங்களை தேர்வு செய்யும் உரிமை ஆர்த்ரா (aardhraa) நிலைய செயலாளருக்கும், தலைமை அலுவலக மனிதவள மேம்பாட்டு துறையினருக்கும் மட்டுமே உண்டு என்பதை தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம்.

aardhraa rural talent empowerment program welcomes you.

for you to be selected for the program you must reside within 15 km radius of the base location. work from home is never an option. age must be within 30.

you can come from any walk of life and possess any degree or be without one.

people currently working elsewhere and those who are currently studying are not allowed to join the incubation program.

we only give one job per household if selected. for eg, we do not allow a brother and sister or a husband and wife to join incubation at the same time. however, if one party gets rejected, the other may join the incubation in a subsequent batch.

you may be taught one or more products from the aardhraa product line as curriculum. there are 2 types of programs.

1.instructor led training batch
this training normally lasts between 20 and 30 days.
2.self learning fast track batch
this training normally lasts between 3 to 5 days. candidates are provided with a website link.

you don't have to pay any fee to join the program nor you will be given a stipend while you are on the training.

we will gauge your performance based on a few metrics like independence, coding skills and attitude among others.

if you are selected for internship you will be given a job at the same location and if you perform well in the internship you may be given employment at the same location or other.

the internship may last up to 6 months.

you must bring a laptop for the training.

registering alone is not a reason to be called for training and the final decision will be taken by the program head and the hr department.
