Sri Ramanasramam It is a spiritual center (ashram) in Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu, about 160 kilometers southwest of Chennai. Ramana Maharshi lived in this place for 54 years until his samadhi in 1950. It is located at the base of the Holy Mountain Arunachala, which has been highly respected as a source of great spiritual power since ancient times. For Ramana Maharishi and the spiritual seekers associated with him, Arunachala represents and conveys knowledge of the transcendent self.

Bugs in their existing site - The client's existing website had several issues, including bugs, improper content alignment, low-quality images, and an unsatisfactory user interface (UI/UX) experience. Our task was to address these challenges and enhance the overall site performance and user satisfaction.
Bugs in their e-Commerce site - Their existing e-commerce site suffered from various bugs, poor content alignment, lack of user-friendliness, and unsatisfactory UI/UX, particularly concerning payment gateways and return policies. Our objective was to rectify these issues comprehensively to improve site functionality and user satisfaction.
Migration of the Site and e-Commerce site - The migration process posed significant challenges due to the extensive volume of audio, video, and photo content on their site. Downloading and enhancing these files, as well as compressing high-quality audio, required considerable time and effort.
Capture Donations and Mail automation - We need to capture donations and automate email triggers for donation acknowledgments.
Revamp existing POS system - We were tasked with revamping their existing Point of Sale (POS) system.

Zoho Sites - We recommended Zoho Sites to revamp their existing site, facilitating the creation of comprehensive ashram content, seamless uploading of images and audio files, user-friendly homepage design, create snippet for ashram location links, efficient page redirection, and development of HTML/CSS code for enhanced UI/UX design.
Zoho Commerce - We recommend Zoho Commerce for maintaining their e-commerce sites, offering features such as cart options, shipping configuration, product management, order management, categorization and collections, customer management, and user management.
Zoho Creator - We recommend Zoho Creator for capturing donation details, automating email triggers for donation acknowledgments, and embedding customizable forms into their sites.
