Step one

You arrive from the temple road.

The gopuram in our logo stands a few hundred metres from the gate. It is older than every company we have ever worked for.

Step two

The building was made for weddings.

A village marriage hall, put up for receptions and let out by the day. The room that held the wedding party now holds the desks.

Step three

The rest of the day happens here too.

Lunch is cooked and eaten on site. The beds along the wall are planted and kept by the people who work here — nobody is contracted to do it.
