Applications and departmental activity feed a Zoho Creator platform covering admission and examination workflows, fee management, academic and hostel modules, with an ERP layer for material, assets, employees and payroll, reporting to management as dashboards.

Where they started

An arts and science college running admission, counselling, seat allotment, fee collection, exams, hostel, inventory, assets and payroll as separate manual and spreadsheet-based processes. Merit was recalculated by hand each time a list moved, and a student’s fee position could not be seen alongside their academic record.

What we built

A modular Zoho Creator application with an ERP layer behind it. Admission and examination workflows are built natively, with configurable quota logic, dynamic merit recalculation and multi-level document verification. Fee management bridges the two layers for real-time billing, collection and scholarship processing.

Academic and hostel modules handle day-to-day tracking with audit trails, and material, asset, employee and payroll functions run on the ERP side with barcode and QR tracking for inventory and assets.
