Where they started
Event planning ran in Excel, and it worked. The problem sat after the plan: approved quotation data had to be re-entered to produce quotes and invoices, with multi-level approval happening in email and no audit trail to show afterwards.
What we built
Zoho Creator uses AI and OCR to extract quote data from the approved Excel and PDF files, validates it, and routes it through multi-level approval. Approved data is pushed automatically into Zoho Books, which generates the professional quote and the invoice.
Structured quote creation, client and project details, financial breakdowns, taxes and future retainer or staged billing are all carried, with an audit trail — and the planning process the business already trusted stays exactly where it was.
