Where they started
Financial and administrative processes — correspondence, sanction orders, contracts, supply and work orders, capital outlay, salary, budget control, ledgers and reporting — ran on paper and spreadsheets. Everything had to be traceable years later, and budget overruns were discovered rather than prevented.
What we built
A centralised accounts management system in Zoho Creator covering all of it: correspondence and sanction order management, contract and supply order tracking, performance guarantees, capital outlay with progress and delay monitoring, salary and budget control.
Automated workflows and role-based access sit over the top, with subsidiary ledgers and records generated automatically, audit trail management, MIS reporting, payslip and expenditure generation, and a web portal with search and help.
