What changed
- Procurement, GRN, inventory, production and sales run in one connected system
- Ledger and deposit tracking sit alongside the operations that generate them
- Dashboards and Excel exports replace assembled month-end reporting
Where they started
Key operations — masters, procurement, GRN, inventory, production, sales, deposits, ledger and reporting — each existed as a process, and none of them shared a platform. Stock figures, production output and sales all had to be reconciled before anyone could report on them.
What we built
A centralised Zoho Creator ERP with integrated modules across all of it, carrying automated workflows, calculations and validations, inventory and ledger tracking, dashboards, reports and Excel exports.
The value is less in any one module than in the connection between them: production draws on the same stock the stores team booked in, and the ledger reflects both without being reconciled.
