Where they started
Every contract was created individually once a sales manager asked for one. The bottleneck was partly effort and partly licensing: putting the contract system in front of every sales manager would have meant a licence each.
What we built
Multiple form types built in Zoho Creator and integrated with Zoho Contracts. When a form is submitted, the contract is generated automatically with the required signer details and attachments in place.
Because the request comes through Creator, the sales managers raising contracts do not each need a Zoho Contracts licence — which is what made the approach affordable at their scale.
