Where they started
Data was being read off scanned PDF documents and typed into a system by hand — a backlog of historical files as well as everything newly arriving. Manual entry at that volume is slow, and the errors it produces are the kind nobody notices until much later.
What we built
Documents are uploaded into Zoho Creator, where AI extracts the required information and routes it for review. A validation step puts a person in front of every extracted record, with an approve or reject decision.
Only approved records move on, and they export to Excel for a selected date range — so extraction speeds the work up without anyone losing control of what is accepted.
