Where they started
Every site kept a paper visitor register, and every visitor signed an NDA each time they arrived — including people who came weekly. Nothing was searchable, processing was slow at the door, and there was no view of visitor activity across locations.
What we built
Zoho Creator with Zoho Sign for digital registration on tablets and one-time electronic NDA sign-off. Repeat visitors are identified so they are not asked to sign again, with check-in and check-out and a centralised visitor database behind it.
Zoho Analytics provides management dashboards and reporting across the locations, which the paper registers could never do.
