Where they started

Council members, committee members, preferences, nominations, meetings, agendas and committee composition all had to be managed and reported on. The process was manual, which made it slow at the points where it mattered most — finalising committees and preparing meetings.

What we built

A Zoho Creator platform with automated workflows for preference and committee finalisation, and integration to fetch member records directly. Committee composition tracking, meeting and agenda management, dashboards, reports and master data management sit on top.
