What changed

Where they started
The consultancy already ran Zoho Books and Zoho People, so the information needed to create a vendor, raise a bill or issue an employee contract already existed. It was simply being re-entered by hand each time, in three different places.
What we built
Zoho Creator as the central platform, integrating and consolidating data from Zoho Books and Zoho People. Vendor and bill creation in Books happens automatically from the information submitted.
Zoho Contracts is integrated with Creator so contracts are created automatically for different types of employee, based on what was submitted — the rules living in the system rather than in one person head-knowledge.
