What changed
- Mould request to dispatch as one tracked flow, not a chain of emails
- QR and barcode tracking capturing time and traceability process by process
- A central mould master holding lifecycle and ownership for every mould
- One source of truth, synchronised between the platform and SAP

Where they started
A tyre manufacturer coordinating mould work between a head office, a plant at Bhuj, three more internal plants and external vendors — largely by email and manual follow-up. A mould in progress had no single record, so its stage, its owner and its history depended on who had been copied into which thread.
What we built
A platform in Zoho Creator, deployed on the client’s own infrastructure for data control. A role-based request intake feeds automated job order booking with unique numbering and auto-assigned technical owners, backed by a central mould master that holds lifecycle and ownership.
BOM management supports procurement planning, and QR and barcode tracking captures time and traceability process by process. A checklist-driven workflow governs drawing confirmation, service indent, casting validation and the vendor job stages, and the whole platform stays synchronised with SAP so there is one source of truth rather than two.
