Where they started

Group tour operations meant holding customer bookings, vehicles, hotels, tourist destinations, tour pricing, quote revisions, vendor details, payment stages and service confirmations — mostly in spreadsheets. Every quotation was assembled by hand, and every revision assembled again.

What we built

A customised Zoho Creator application carrying the masters, bookings, automated quote calculation, quote generation and revisions, vouchers, payment stages, confirmations, email workflows, dashboards and role-based access — integrated with Zoho Books for vendor and client billing.
