What changed
- The existing rental application is integrated rather than replaced
- Booking through to invoicing, payments and refunds runs as one chain
- Transaction synchronisation removes the duplicate entry between operations and finance
Where they started
The business already ran an application for the rental side, and it worked. What it did not do was carry the money: invoicing, payments, refunds and reconciliation happened separately, which meant the same transaction was handled twice and the two records did not always agree.
What we built
The existing application integrated with Zoho CRM and Zoho Books, so the rental journey runs from booking and completion through to invoicing, payments, refunds and reconciliation in one flow.
Transactions synchronise automatically, which is what removes the duplicate entry and the disagreement that came with it.
